About Coach Stephen Williams

Coach Williams started playing baseball at the young age of 5-years-old. Where he started playing little league and throughout high school and after. Coach Williams began Coaching girls softball 5 years ago through SAA. Where he serve on the board as a 10u Commissioner. Coaching is his passion and watching athletes grow and improve through the years.

His true passion lies in mentorship—watching athletes grow, develop their skills, and improve their confidence over the years. Coach Williams specializes in fundamental mechanics, specifically:

About Coach Chris Lange

Chris Lange is a teacher at West Leyden High School in Northlake, Illinois. Throughout his 12 years of coaching experience at Downers Grove South and Leyden High Schools, he has worked with a variety of athletes and grade levels ranging from freshmen to varsity. During his coaching tenure at Leyden, Chris also designed and implemented the strength and conditioning program for the baseball athletes during the off-seasons.

Currently he coaches in the Roselle Rockers organization at the 11U level. Chris coaches using a systematic scaffolded approach that focuses on allowing an athlete to understand how to master movement which in turn will allow them to train their body efficiently and effectively.
